Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of, products from our e-commerce store, from here mentioned as, "site". We reserve the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions in our return/exchange policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on this site. You waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Please note that your continued use of our site constitutes your agreement to following and being bound by those terms (the "agreement").
We accept most major Credit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We no longer accept American Express.
Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and 5 business days for order fulfillment.
Expect shipping times to vary based on your choice at check out.
Order processing will be the capturing of payment.
Order fulfillment will be the boxing of your order with tracking sent.
International orders are often subject to customs fees by the destination country's government. Defend Hawai'i is not responsible for these charges or fees.
If you place an order with an incorrect address, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your correct address as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify your order in a timely manner. Once your order is fulfilled, we are unable to redirect your package or refund shipping costs.
By purchasing from Defend Hawai’i your package is automatically insured up to the contents value.
- If your order tracking says “Delivered” and you still have not received your order. Please contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim will need to be filed as soon as possible with the shipping company.
- DEFEND HAWAI’I is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels inflicted by shipping carriers.
Please report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery so we may appropriately remedy the issue for you. Available Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm HST, excluding State and Hawaiian Holidays.
- All orders placed during sitewide promotional sales events are ALL SALES FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.
- All “SALE” items are ALL SALES FINAL and are not eligible for a merchandise exchange. This sale is non-transferable towards any upcoming promotions or discounts.
- All orders placed with a PROMO CODE are ALL SALES FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to exchange your item for another product. We encourage all our customers to double-check order details before checkout. Mahalo nui loa in advance for your understanding!
All non-faulty, full priced items purchased are eligible for a merchandise EXCHANGE ONLY. We do not issue debit/credit card refunds or store credit. You are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
We have a 14 day exchange policy, meaning any exchanges must be completed within 14 days upon receiving your order. If the 14 day period has passed we cannot accept the exchange.
We accept exchanges on unworn items, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging on full priced items only. Products considered “resalable” have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unperfumed, etc.
Defend Hawai’i is NOT responsible for any shipping fees on exchange packages.
To process an exchange, please email our online department within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org, and a representative will assist you.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our e-commerce online store. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and/or phone, we cannot guarantee that your display of any color will be 100% accurate.
